Returns & Exchanges

Orders from the Site may be returned for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging in new, un-used condition. If you ordered by credit card, your account can expect to be credited within 2 - 4 weeks. If you paid with a gift card or are returning a gift, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of your credit once your item has been processed. Gift card credit may be used for future LolliZ purchases. If you feel your LolliZ purchase has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-858-427-0614 or email us at customerservice@lolliz.co for return procedures and a return authorization number.

All costs, will be covered under the terms of this policy. Once the product has been evaluated and deemed to have a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or refunded. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with the most comparable item in our current collections.
